With over eighty years of combined experience, Enfield is a family office that has a unique perspective on the sectors and markets in which we invest. With a background in healthcare services, senior housing and commercial real estate, we bring capital, legal and tax consulting, and operational knowledge to our investments.

The Enfield team has a long history – the leaders of our firm owned and operated Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, one of the largest hospice care providers in the country. With our strategic leadership and support, Seasons grew from a single location with less than a hundred patients  in the late 90’s, to over thirty sites caring for thousands of patients a day by 2020. In December of that year, Seasons was purchased by AccentCare, one of the largest homecare providers in the US, backed by the private equity firm Advent International. 

After closing, our family founded Enfield with a goal of supporting other businesses working to achieve scale and sophistication in the same way Seasons had. We know how to support the unique challenges faced by founders of privately held companies because we’ve been there ourselves.
