Todd has deep experience in healthcare and business operations. From 2001 through 2021, he led Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, first as CFO before becoming CEO in 2005. In 2021, he led Seasons through a billion+ acquisition by AccentCare, helping to create a Top 5 home-based care platform with 200+ offices in 30 states. Through the Enfield portfolio, he serves as a strategic advisor and investor in multiple businesses, including significant investments in the post-acute healthcare space. He holds his BBA and MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.
